Rex Jones began his real estate career in 1974 in the commercial property management department of Coldwell Banker Caine Company in Greenville, SC. He worked in all areas of commercial real estate to include leasing, brokerage and property management while earning his CPM designation in 1989. He started Greenville Maintenance Services, Inc. in 1993 with fellow property manager Tommy Jenkins and ran this business part time until 2003 when both left Coldwell Banker Caine to devote their full energies to Greenville Maintenance Services. Rex received a BA degree from Presbyterian College in 1972 and an MBA from Clemson/Furman University in 1981. He oversees the financial and administrative areas of the company and assists with the project and construction management.
