Greenville Maintenance Services, Inc. was founded in 1993 by Tommy Jenkins and Rex Jones who were commercial property managers for a large real estate company in Greenville, SC. The company started as a parking lot sweeping company but over the years, has grown to meet the needs of our customers into a full service commercial property maintenance company. We have found over the years that our customers prefer dealing with one vendor to provide all their maintenance needs and preferably, a vendor with whom they already have a trusting relationship. In addition to Commercial Sweeping, we offer services which include Parking Lot Maintenance, Building and Grounds Maintenance and General Contracting.
